Returns
If your item was damaged during shipping or was inaccurately represented in the original listing, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for assistance returning your order. Returns not otherwise accepted.
Please fully inspect the item's photographs, item specifics and description. Manufacturer's labels may be too general or inconsistent. Please refer to the exact measurements and details provided for the most accurate impression of the item.

Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note our three-day handling time when placing your order. If you require immediate shipment, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request!
After an item has been shipped, we are unable to hasten delivery any further. All shipments are subject to standard postal delays due to Holidays, seasonal volume, and labor shortages. If you are concerned about the status of your delivery, please contact us.
Please also note that shipping rates for the items that we sell are determined by the shipping carrier and are calculated based on weight, size, and distance. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping carriers we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full ounce.
Local Pickup Orders
Please allow three business days prior to pickup. We are open for pickup during the following hours:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
You will receive an email with more information when your order is ready for pickup!
Abandoned Local Pickup Orders
We will hold your pickup order for 30 days unless communicated otherwise. After this 30-day period has passed, we will consider this property abandoned and will attempt to refund your purchase to your original payment method. The abandoned item will be returned to our inventory and be relisted for sale.
