Returns

We offer free 30-day returns to guarantee that you're completely satisfied with your purchase! 

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.

Returns are not accepted after this window has closed. 

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note our three-day handling time when placing your order. If you require immediate shipment, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request!

After an item has been shipped, we are unable to hasten delivery any further. All shipments are subject to standard postal delays due to Holidays, seasonal volume, and labor shortages. If you are concerned about the status of your delivery, please contact us. 

Please also note that shipping rates for the items that we sell are determined by the shipping carrier and are calculated based on weight, size, and distance. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping carriers we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full ounce.

Local Pickup Orders

Items may be picked up at any one of our seven Waterfront Thrift locations.  Select the location nearest to you at checkout!

For pickup at our Waterfront Thrift Pensacola location, please allow one business day after placing your order for pickup. 

For pickup at one of our other 6 Thrift locations, please allow 5-7 business days for transfer of your item to the selected store. 

You will receive an email with additional details when your order is ready for pickup! 

Abandoned Local Pickup Orders

We will hold your pickup order for 30 days unless communicated otherwise. After this 30-day period has passed, we will consider this property abandoned and will attempt to refund your purchase to your original payment method. The abandoned item will be returned to our inventory and be relisted for sale.
